Alright. I'm tired of failing with PUGs and want to take some people in to form a core HA group.

Here's what i'd like to recruit people with:
-People who know what they can and can't do. Know what you excel at, know what you fail at, and know how to perform the job you feel you excel at well. Most people who think they can just play any given bar simply can't. There's nothing wrong with that, but please know what you can do well.
-Vent and working mic is a MUST! We have a vent we can use and communication by the entire team is a very important part of guiltworz. derp derp.
-Open minded, understanding players who will not hesitate to speak their mind. If you feel someone could improve in doing their job, constructive criticism can help a lot.
-Must have all 4 games, and majority of skills unlocked.
-I'd really like dedicated players who can play fairly often.

Something i'd like to have is an equality amongst all the players who decide to join. I don't exactly want there to be a 'leader figure one rules all' feeling, if someone excels in calling tactics, and feels they have a more effective tactic for a certain map/build, feel free to say so. etc. etc. etc.

I want to form a group of good players who can work together as a team. I'm trying not to be too rank discriminative here which is why i'm recruiting r6+
